Liqueurs and spirits

The processing of fresh fruit should be the focus of this seminar. Using practical examples of at least two liqueurs produced during the seminar, the participant will gain comprehensive knowledge about the digestion of the fruit, as well as the other ingredients alcohol and sugar. A practical sample distillation concludes the seminar.

The objective is to produce liqueurs from our own raw materials in a short time and without great effort, without losing sight of the legal requirements. But even more important is the goal to inspire and enthuse you so that you can produce your own individual liqueur yourself.
