In this way, theoretical knowledge is supported by practical demonstrations and the acquired expertise is consolidated, for example in the practical production of liqueurs, the performance of distillations or the mashing of grain or fruit raw materials.
At Gin seminars, the recipe development is carried out in practically conducted distillations on small pilot plants and at the sensory seminars, of course, corresponding drinking and smelling samples are professionally prepared.
The seminar dates for 2021 can be booked for individuals on the fixed dates through the Bockmeyer Academy at prices between 99 and 149 euros per person depending on the seminar.
